Synopsis
Chrysalis follows the creation of a new workforce development farm from its earliest vision through its opening. Inspired by the life cycle of the monarch butterfly, the documentary explores transformation, collaboration, perseverance, and the many unseen moments required to bring an ambitious project to life.
